Abstract

The study notes that the transformation of China, South East Asia, and IOR geopolitical landscape is remolding the current outlines of the systems of numerous alliances and collaborations. That raises India and Pakistan's strategic importance in the US and Chinese calculations. The rising centrality of South Asian competitors is supposed to surface significantly in geopolitical and geo-economic trajectories in the US and Chinese strategic equations. Essentially, it is a battle to maintain US supremacy that is being threatened by rising China ipso facto. It examines China's or otherwise vis-à-vis the US opportunities for a harmonious rise. In today's world, nuclear power is a vital deterrent. In the contemporary world, nuclear is fundamentally a critical deterring factor, which in the past did not exist to prevent rivals from wars.
